Sculling Taken Up By Young Athletes
FREDERICTON, July 18 - A single shell purchased by Dr. A. Sterling, of this city, from Hilton Belyea, for the use of his son, Archie Sterling, arrived last evening from St. John, and the new owner was out on the river with it last night. Young Sterling has been prominent in athletics of all kinds at the Fredericton High School, playing football, hockey, and baseball, and it is believed that he will develope into a successful oarsmen. It is expected that another shell will arrive in Fredericton soon for another local athlete, who plans to take up sculling.
